One time i said "making pillows is real easy"

........and then i made at 26"x26" pillow cover with two layers of fabric and a fully hidden zipper. That changed my mind! It was definitely a challenge, and i was thrilled when it was done. It's really amazing to me how something that looks so simple can end up being quite difficult and frustrating.
Anyway, these covers are another commission, so i am overjoyed to have the opportunity to make them. Seeing how excited people get when you bring them something you have finished is really my favorite part of being able to "make stuff".

So here is one, it took far more fabric than i anticipated so i must go get more this week sometime to complete the second, but that one should be much easier now that i have one under my belt.
