Printed Tote #1

So i finally came up with a design that i kind of liked for a screen print. I drew it and cut out a stencil first to see if it would look good printed on a bag, and then after i saw what it would look like i had a friend scan the stencil and kinda straighten things out in photo shop. I had a screen made, and now i can print my heart out!
Here is the one i made for my self, its kind of an Ochre-y duck cloth, I'm in love with duck cloth, it's really easy to sew with because it holds a fold really well and is relatively thin, but its still super strong and holds up really well. The bag design it self is super simple, but it has two little open pockets on the inside, which to me make a tote bag way more practical.





I also made a green one for Amaris for her birthday. It's signifigantly larger then mine, more "baggy" than "purse-y"
